A.R. McKinnon The world can be anything I want it to be. It's a fantastic way to explore different situations or different parts of the world without ever leaving home.
A.R. McKinnon Writer's block can be tough. It's the worst when you are working on a deadline. I find it best to try writing about something different or something mundane while I let my thoughts run wild with what I want to write next.

Sometimes if I am really stuck I will ask my characters what happens next. It sounds silly but they really do take on a life of their own in my work. It's their story I tell.
