I'm so sorry for just now logging in and seeing this. Last year we moved and my life sort of fell apart for awhile. I changed the name from Deliverance as all I could hear were banjos playing in the background to Defiant. It will be out in May of 2019. Yes, I'm a year late, but the book is plotted and I'm working on it now.

I love creating worlds where I show the power of love. While I write I have a movie playing in my head. I'm the director, the actors, and the script writer. It's my show and I love coming up with the scenes and putting my characters through trying times. Action, adventure, comedy and romance, my favorite genres and I put a little of these genres in my stories.

When you finish your first book, take a day off, rest and recuperate. Then you start the next book. The more you write, the better you get. Don't let anyone discourage you. Keep writing.

Currently I'm working on Determined, the fifth book in the Lipstick and Lead series. This is Hannah's story. She's a friend that Ruby rescued from a bordello and this is her story of redemption and revenge. Look for Determined in August.

This is my profession and I treat this like a job. I'm in the office from 9 until...the job is completed. Sometimes I'm done early and sometimes I stay and work late. But the pages must be completed.

I love strong heroines and wanted to write a series set in the West about women who kicked booty. Lipstick and Lead. I've enjoyed this series so much that I've added three more heroines. Right now I'm working on Hannah's story.
