What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Victoria Helen Stone For those who've always *thought* about writing a book and are too intimidated by the enormity of it... (Spoiler alert, it's intimidating to start page one even after 40 books!!!) I always say the same thing: If you write ONE page a day, you'll have a full book at the end of the year. A whole book! So approach it as writing one page instead of writing a book. Then write one more page tomorrow. It's much easier to dare in small bites!

Victoria Helen Stone Hi! Thank you for asking! I'm not currently contracted to write another Jane Doe book, but I am still collecting my thoughts for some possible short stories in the future!

Did you do research on sociopaths for the Jane Doe books? It seems like you did - a lot of accuracy from what I know about sociopaths!

Victoria Helen Stone Hi, Jennifer! I did research sociopaths! My favorite book was The Psychopath Test by Jon Ronson. Very enlightening and entertaining. I also read some of the latest articles about sociopaths and their emotions to get some updated info.

Is there going to be a Jane Doe #3?

Victoria Helen Stone Hi, Scout! At this point, Jane Doe book 3 isn't on the publishing schedule, but I definitely have ideas for the book! So fingers crossed.
