Well, it differs from time to time, and has a lot to do with what I'm feeling at the moment. Sometimes I sit and sip coffee, smoke a few cigarettes, and write gushy tales of fond memories and past loves. Other times I sit and drink a bottle of whiskey, chain smoke, and write tales of doom & gloom. Then there are the times between when it just happens, and I can't explain it or where it's even coming from.
