I love cosplaying! My favorite costumes so far have been Black Widow and Harley Quinn. I particularly love wearing a wig and the style of outfit I would never wear in "real life." I wanted to write about a world that a lot of people have only experienced when driving or walking through a convention area downtown, the community of people who participate in it, and why.

I'm one of those annoying writers with a daily habit of writing! I don't depend on inspiration, I depend on knowing the rhythm that works best for my brain and creativity. For me, that means getting up early to write for at least an hour before anyone else is up. It's the first thing I do (after making coffee). I find that I am more focused and single-minded about creating this way. I don't set a word count. I just write for as long as my schedule allows before I have to start the day.

I'm working on book 4 of my Colorado series, which features a movie star character you'll meet in book 3, "MY SECRET VICE." Book 4 takes place in arguably one of the most beautiful parts of Colorado, Telluride. Google it if you're unfamiliar. Usually, I name my books before I write them, but this time the title is going to have to come to me later in the process!
