“Life is a self-correcting, negative regulatory system because it is always moving toward a specific target destination in the future. This target destination we call 'self preservation'.
Achieve this goal it must constantly reduce the probabilities that interfere with its movement toward that future target.
Hence, it conserves by self-regulating, like a thermostat set at a specific temperature, as it advances, all the while seeking to re-adapt in accordance with the changes it incurs.
Putting this principle to work in our daily life means learning to adapt to new information while always adhering to a basic plan that can, in general, be modified according to alterations in the data encountered.

“Dissociation, in a general sense, refers to a rigid separation of parts of experiences, including somatic experiences, consciousness, affects, perception, identity, and memory. When there is a structural dissociation, each of the dissociated self-states has at least a rudimentary sense of "I" (Van der Hart et al., 2004). In my view, all of the environmentally based "psychopathology" or problems in living can be seen through this lens.”

“Of all the self-published UFO books I had read, hers was unique. Its profusion of self-reported, subtle realm experiences was clearly outside the traditional realm of UFOlogy, as was its inclusion of East Indian and Tibetan spiritual practices. Had someone really experienced the connection between Eastern spirituality and Western UFOlogy—that we had long suspected? Thomas and I were prepared for just about anything. But could Joy Gilbert’s subtle realm encounters have actually culminated in Enlightenment aboard a UFO? At the hands of so-called aliens?”

As Jane Roberts, author of Nature of Personal Reality asserts, "The point of power is in the present."
The SELF by its nature is multi-aspected, meaning it is comprised on many separate selves all contributing to the gestalt of the Whole. This gestalt exists on many different levels of energy; some in this reality, others a part of alternate worlds sensory separated and for the most part, unknown. Yet, like a beehive with its workers, army, nurses, queen bee, they all have their individual roles and relationship to the well-being of the Whole or hive. Even when momentarily disrupted, like ants or termites in a hive that have been disturbed by the boot of man, these selves spontaneously reassemble, each doing their separate jobs to maintain the continuity of the Whole Self as if there has been no changes.
What is most interesting about this tendency to emerge and apparently self-organize though the separate task and life of each self has been interrupted, is that they follow an unspoken, unseen, yet known 'higher' order.
As if on a template of an invisible track, they appear to be guided from unerringly from chaos into order, constantly renewing and rebuilding. Like replicating genes that furnish coded feedback data, each cell renew their tasks, transferring information they have learned which carries the interdependent gestalt ever forward along toward the evolutionary guidelines of the WHOLE, like individual cars of a train, they move upon hidden tracks destined for that depot only they can sense - yet always - in the end - doing so as ONE.
It is just such an inner code dictated eons ago and transmitted toward a future target that is intrinsically the same yet always adapting to change, that we too follow an underlying SPIRAL CODE toward our destinies.
Indeed, it is in our genetic heritage to move forward, even through constant change and the ever-present menace of chaos toward these future targets. We travel on spiral tracks that forever bridge the constantly changing and rearranging selves to the idealizes SELF.
Thoughts I wish to share from the book: SPIRAL FORECASTING: Nature's Inside Track to Future Success.
NATURE SURVIVES BY PREDICTION"Living matter thrives by forecasting, i.e., predicting the feasibility of its own probable future order and survival. The holographic self-generating observer feedback loop from micro to macrocosm implies self-determination through information assimilation. As such, this process of forecasting, enigmatically, has is flower in the past and its roots deeply entrenched in the future. Indeed, it is a self-regulating oscillatory principle governing the Whole and the Part."
