What I wouldn’t give to have the year’s of therapy that I should’ve received as a child. Maybe then I wouldn’t struggle to process normal things on a day to day basis. Maybe then it wouldn’t take a near catastrophe to wake me up every time a problem arises. Maybe then, I’d know that my way of doing things isn’t the way ‘normal’ people do things.
