I remember Drizzt and Dragonlance fondly (more as popcorn fare fantasy), but they're still what got me going (along with King's The Talisman, and several Koontz novels at that time). Wheel of Time was what launched me into more expansive fantasy though. :P
Anyway, I'm sure it'll be a pleasure discussing books!
Thanks for the friend request. :) Drizzt and Dragonlance were definitely staples in my teen years - such a great foundation for a fantasy obsession haha. I'll forgive you Sword of Truth, especially because I can concede that Richard is a tad whiny and Goodkind repeats EVERYTHING multiple times. But I still remember how much I loved it (and Kahlan) when I first read it. I'm looking forward to talking good books going forward. :)
