When I was a child for a couple of years I lived in Kerala, South India. My mother used to bash out short stories on an old imperial typewriter, and had some work published. I think after years of reading her work I started to get the writing bug. I now live in a much colder climate. Northumberland, England. I love animals, bees, hiking, and tapestries. I started writing fantasy books. "Stevie Rump and the Sea-Witches of Glendowwer" & "The Ghost of Cattingham Hall". I have had to do a lot of research around the Victoria era, from food, clothing to travel routes and steam trains, even yodelling.Follow up book was " Stevie Rump and the Werewolves of Howly Island" . Werewolves

Well up to proofreading on werewolf book. Should be out by September 2017 -getting nervous. My black cat "Hodge" has sat on laptop most of the time when I have been writing this book - isn't it strange how cats ignore you but the minute you do something they want your attention. Hello sorry I would have replied sooner just saw it. It was so interesting reading who influenced you with your poetry, and your family. Money has nothing to do with writing has it if you have the passion -it's how you want to express yourself with words, almost like a painting coming out of you. x
