Queen of Thieves is FINALLY HERE!!! It seems like so long ago that I wrote this book. And to be real, it was a long ass time ago. I first started planning/outlining/plotting QoT in 2015, and had the first draft done sometime in 2016. That was already after a few years of picturing scenes, and this character (Narra) in my head.

This book has seen so many beta readers, and different editors, and really gone through a whole heck of a lot to become the book it is today. And it would not be my little book baby without those people, so thank you so much to anyone who has ever read QoT before release and given me your notes on it. I seriously appreciate it!

I’m trying not to be too mushy (I’ll save that for the acknowledgments hehe), but so far this is my favourite book I’ve ever written, and I sincerely hope all of you like it even half as much as I do!

Anyway, rant over! Sorry! Here is everything you need to know about the release of the first book in the Clockwork Thief series.

I am SO excited to share this with you guys! For the first time since I started publishing, I decided to work with a designer instead of doing the covers myself and holy hell am I glad I did!! Check out the cover reveal, new blurb, and link to the first 3 chapters now!!

The cover was designed by Ravenborn, a kickass designer who specializes in fantasy covers! She’s absolutely amazing and was such a pleasure to work with! I really think she captured Narra, and the look I was going for!

Narra is a second generation thief raised in the Guild by her iron-fisted father. Growing up, she dreamed his death would free her, but when he shows up dead in the wreckage of a train destroyed by the Revolution, the happiest day of her life is ruined by one word: traitor.

Release day is here, and I am SO excited!

I know it’s been awhile since I got to say I have a new release, but November 28th, the day has finally come again! The release of Ashen marks the pretty much end of the Chronicles of Warshard series. Though there are a few small ties left open, ones I will eventually explore in a novella (maybe novel, we’ll see how long it goes), Ashen is the true planned end of the series, wrapping up all major plot points introduced throughout.

So in honour of the last book in the series finally being released, Haven, Savages AND Ashen will all be $0.99 cents for the next few days! Grab the whole series while you can in ebook or paperback!

I’m so excited to announce that next month I will be part of a HUGE scavenger hunt hosted by the Alliance of Young Adult Authors (which includes me)! This is a chance to meet some new authors, grab a bunch of free books, and sign up to win a whole bunch of epic prizes!

Hello all!

Long time no see! It’s been a while since I updated or wrote anything on this website (as you may have guessed). Well, it’s been two weeks since the official launch of Savages and I am SO happy to say that it is doing great! As of this evening we’re closing on 300 sales (including pre-orders) and I am over the moon with gratitude!

So before I get started on some of the inspiration behind Savages, thank you. Seriously. Thank you to every one who’s been there during this launch, who bought the book, or who lended a retweet or share. You guys ROCK, and I am so grateful.
