Sybrand van Haersma Buma (Workum, 30 juli 1965) is een Nederlands politicus van het CDA. Momenteel is hij fractievoorzitter in de Tweede Kamer. Hij was lijsttrekker bij de Tweede Kamerverkiezingen van september 2012. Op 18 mei 2012 werd Buma gekozen tot partijleider, waarna hij op 30 juni formeel werd benoemd. Eerder deelde hij het partijleiderschap met vicepremier en minister Maxime Verhagen en partijvoorzitter Ruth Peetoom. Zijn officiële achternaam luidt Van Haersma Buma, maar hij noemt zich de laatste jaren gemakshalve (Sybrand) Buma; de media volgen hem daarin.
