The Power of Time Perception
by Jean Paul Zogby
Time Lighthouse Publishing

'The Power of Time Perception' is a counter proposal to the idea of time flying by, delving into the nature of how the brain perceives time's passage, how emotions or life experiences alter the experience of time, and how personal reality and time can both be altered through a series of techniques that anyone can master.

“Time is nothing but the speed at which we capture and process sensory information from the ever-changing world around us. The perceived speed of time is so much dependent on the speed at which our brain updates the content of our consciousness, i.e. the speed at which we experience the world.”
Jean Paul Zogby, The Power of Time Perception

“The slower your brain is at processing sensory information, the faster time seems to run, and vice versa’ How”
Jean Paul Zogby, The Power of Time Perception

“The brain’s auditory cortex, for instance, processes an audio signal from your ear faster than a visual signal is processed in the visual cortex. The difference is around 40 milliseconds, which is not much, but enough to justify using a gun for starting a race, instead of a light flash. The faster audio processing speed means that sprint runners react more quickly to a bang than to a flash of light.”
Jean Paul Zogby, The Power of Time Perception

“Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money!”
George Carlin

“If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?”

No problem. Take your time. I totally understand the effort it takes to promote and publish a book. Best of luck

Shark2th Shark2th Congratulations my friend! I saw your post on Facebook concerning your book sales. I had no doubt that your book would be big when we first talked. I'm sorry that I have only got a couple chapters into your book as things have been hectic with my new book. The launch keeps getting postponed due to many "speed bumps," but things are progressing.
