This was a very good memoir of the author’s experience of a long, protracted, and painful kundalini awakening. It was not what the title says. Nothing about the Secret of the Golden Flower is deciphered here for the reader. It’s mentioned a few times ...more

A good autobiography but if your looking for deciphered secrets, move on. He had an interesting life but no shared secrets here. I feel duped."
