The medical profession's striving to provide good health drew me into this profession. I graduated from college with a degree in psychology, biology, and chemistry, from medical school as a medical doctor and the Mayo Clinic as a specialist in allergy and immunology. I diagnosed and treated thousands of patients with food sensitivity and developed a diet that relieved this sensitivity. It eased my migraine patients' headaches and reversed my Alzheimer's dementia. I dedicated myself to helping the sufferers of these debilitating diseases recover as I recovered. They deserve to live in independence and with clear minds. ...more

Naming the book
I thought long about what to name my new book. A short name of 1 to 3 words is advantageous, easy to write and to remember. I used a short name on my previous book, Retaining the Mind, and it describes the content adequately; trying to preserve the mind. However, the title is somewhat unsure.
