A.N.G. Reynolds
is 57% done with Starship Troopers: I get why some people find this book to be incredibly controversial and difficult to read. However, for me I think it's got a few too many layers to take at surface value. It's not "pro-fascism" it's "pro-soldier" while taking a look at what it might cost to make a true utopia.
Not saying I agree with the book entirely, but I think there is some depth that's missing in most of the arguments about it.
