She was born somewhere dry, bright, and sunny. (Popular with others, but she isn't much for beaches.) Basically, she fell into a book in the school library one day (hiding from the sun) and never climbed all the way out.

She lives in books and in her head the way other people live in the great outdoors. These days she mucks around in the PNW, with her sweet husband and her obnoxious dog.

If you run into her and she's slow to acknowledge you; please don't be offended. She's just half in this world, and half in another.

I have limited time available as I don't write full time. I make time to write and I use it. Sometime I don't "feel" like doing it because all sorts of reasons. Still, like many other things, once I get going, I get into it- and I'm glad I did it once I'm done.(less)

2020? I don't know her...

Ok, the only thing I can do is acknowledge that I fell off AGAIN and move forward. Some of you read my last blog post about dealing with depression following the publication of my first novel, Chymaera’s Overture. That was in December of 2019, and I was really hopeful 2020 would prove to be a better year. More creative and productive.

I got the complete opposite, which you can guess because this i
