🔖The debate between science and faith persists eternally. And it takes a true genius storyteller to be able to merge two such delicate topics and spin out such a fascinating tale. 
🔖The story begins with the miraculous recovery of Bernadette that cleverly lays out not just the preface of the plot but also helps the readers to connect with the array of characters who, more than a century later, are to be the next witnesses of the recurrence of the divine event.
🔖For a story that deals with numerous protagonists, the author has portrayed each emotion so vividly, that the readers can actually feel both the hope and faith, as well as the disbelief and denial that the characters feel.
🔖The ending can trigger a lot of questions based on one's own beliefs. But the story will surely stay as a masterpiece, even after so many years since it has been written. 
🔖This isn't the first that I've read this book, but even now I feel it's quite an excellent read.
