Was that Ryder I just saw?
If you haven't seen Kissing Booth 2 on Netflix, go watch it right now! As soon as the character of Marco, played by Taylor Zakhar Perez, came on screen, I was like, OMG! Slap that man in a Hellcat and that's Ryder from my Fallen Brook series!
I know how an author has a certain image in their head when they create their characters, and that image doesn't always translate exactly to readers. But how I imagined the character of Ryder came pretty darn close to Taylor Perez. Mix in a little Diego Higa from Netflix's Hyperdrive, and I get my personification of Ryder Cutton, the amber-eyed, tan-skinned, dark-haired daredevil that several of my readers have fallen in love with. So for those of you who have told me, "I'm on Team Ryder," pull up "Wonderlust" from Will Post and turn on Kissing Booth 2 to see what I'm talking about.
And some good news to tell you - looks like Book 2, Paper Stars Rewritten, will release early. You won't have to wait until November to see what happens to Elizabeth and her boys. I promise to keep everyone updated. Until then, stay safe and healthy!

Sorry. Couldn't help but to share this. SNL did a skit last night that had me howling with laughter, then glaring at my family. This is basically my Christmas. Every. Single. Year. So happy holidays to all the moms out there who are not only Santa, the elves, the baker, the wrapper, the shopper, the goodie giver, the hostess, the planner, and everything else in between! Julien and Elijah's story (two fav characters from my Fallen Brook Series) will release next year around April 2023. I had to unpublish Julien last year in order to get the publication rights back for it. I decided to re-write the entire thing and publish their love story as one 150,000 word stand-alone. I stripped off about 20K words of backstory from Julien's part and wrote new chapters. The book will be in two POVs: Part 1 is in Julien's, and Part 2 is in Elijah's. The book will be titled, Forever His. Any reader who purchased the eBook of Julien and can show proof of purchase with a screenshot of their Amazon digital order page, will receive a free copy of the new publication.
Because of the success of the Savage RH series, I plan to write another RH trilogy after the release of About That Night (Jordan's story in the Montgomerys series of stand-alones). It'll be titled Beautiful Sin Series. Book 1 will be titled Beautiful Syn (the FMC's name is Synthia, or Syn for short). Look for it to release around July of next year.

A Look Ahead in 2023
A new year has begun. Seems that times flies by faster the older you get! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is ready for what I have in store for you in 2023.
2022 was my best year as a romance author. Thank you so much for sticking with me on my journey as a writer and allowing me to try new things. There's a saying in the author world: "Stay in your lane." From dark (Savage Kingdom Series) to angsty (Fallen Brook and The Montgomerys) to YA (The Boyfriend List), you can see that I have a big problem with that. I have too many stories in my head and can't stick with writing just one trope.
So, what do I have in store for you in 2023? Lots! I've had discreet covers for the original Fallen Brook Series made and will be releasing them later in the year, along with a new boxed set for The Mongomerys (That Girl, Wanderlost, About That Night). This is all to gear up for Fallon's story, Reflections of You, that will release in 2024.
Speaking of Fallon, his half brother, Jordan, just had his book released. About That Night is now live on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited. readers are falling in love with not only Jordan, but with the FMC (Douglass) too!

Fallen Brook Series has been acquired by a publisher!
Great news for my Fallen Brook fans! My Fallen Brook Series has been picked up by a publisher, Love N Books Press [the romance imprint of Wolfpack Publishing], and they will be releasing the new, updated versions of the first 3 books starting January 2025. All Our Next Times will release Jan. 21, 2025, Paper Stars Rewritten will release March 18, 2025, Broken Butterfly will release May 13, and the long-awaited release of Fallon's HEA, Reflections of You, will release on Sept. 30, 2025!
The old versions of the books will come down/be unavailable next month in December. Once I receive the pre-order links from the publisher, I will post them on my socials (Facebook, Instagram, newsletter, and website).
