Alexis D. Johnson is a fantasy author whose books range from adventurous noblebright, to dark epic with a spark of hope. She lives a Hobbitish life with her husband (and often times co-author) tending her peach tree and menagerie of creatures in the Texas desert, writing on anything from napkins and notebooks, to computers and typewriters. No matter the world she finds herself in, she firmly believes no story is complete without a heady mixture of gutsy underdogs riddled with flaws and strengths, delicious sibling banter, and mythical creatures.
