How to walk through a pandemic

What do you do during a pandemic when you can’t bear the thought of another Zoom call or Breaking News report? When you’ve seen everything worth watching on Netflix and Prime (some of it twice)?

I’ll tell you what @CindifromIndy and I do.

We walk.

We’re up to three walks a day now—pre-breakfast, post-lunch, and post-supper. The first one is for exercise. The other two are for sanity (Think: Prisoners

Brian Zahnd consistently serves up that rare combination of clear thinking and exceptional writing. I’ve loved all his books (I think I’ve read four now), but A Farewell to Mars is one I’ll be thinking about for a long, long time.
