If you are a teacher at an independent school in South Carolina, you may be attending the annual teacher's conference of the South Carolina Independent Schools Association on November 4. At the conference, there will be numerous workshops and presentations, including mine:

Living History, Using Historical Fiction in the Classroom

At the conference, I will be both an exhibitor and a presenter.

I will have an exhibitors booth/table where I will be signing and selling copies of my novel, Radium Halos, a Novel about the Radium Dial Painters.

I will also be presenting a workshop to teachers, detailing how they can use the novel in their classrooms.

The event will be held on Friday, November 4, on the Monticello Road campus of Ben Lippen School in Columbia, SC from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Librifiles Publishing will soon be taking RADIUM HALOS to the next level—CreateSpace’s Expanded Distribution. This will be the third edition for the novel, with a new cover, (front and back) with a new blurb from a former senior news producer from CBS. We have also added an epilogue with details about the years of litigation the dial painters endured.

The price for the paperback will increase slightly from $9.99 to $11.99. If you were planning to order a paperback version from Amazon, now would be a good time!

To apologize (and hopefully make up for) the paperback price increase, both of my ebooks (current editions) will be available for .99 beginning today!!

The moon and the stars must have aligned for me, because I now have interest for translation/publication rights from two foreign countries for both of my novels!

The two countries are Korea and Turkey. More details to follow!
