Sometimes taking time to do something mindless and active helps. Often, when I feel stumped regarding a thread or scene, if I pull away for awhile, the idea eventually comes. I also rely heavily on two special brainstorming buddies! We chat via Google Hangout, and have a blast imagining fictional world's together!(less)
