So yesterday I passed the 35K word mark in 80 A.D. I think the first draft will probably end up around 60K words, which means it’s over halfway done. Yay! However, if you remember my blog post about layers, you’ll know that the first draft is only part of the process. Once this first draft is done, I’ll have to go back and add some meat to the bones.
