Solid effort. Story was a little convoluted but the art was nuts, with lots of extra panels. Not sure what happened with the cats, TBH. But this felt like a real meal packed into 20ish pages.

I'd rate this the 3rd best silent issue of the entire GI Joe run, after #21 and the 3rd yearbook. Very fun, nice use of the cracked helmet to keep the players identified. Could have just as easily been called a Cobra Commander issue, but I like that ...more
