The House at the End of the World by Dean Koontz

A Novel by Brandon Sanderson. I have not decided which novel yet. I have only read some samples of his writing, which I really liked and I am anxious to read some more, but as a new reader to an established writer it is hard to know where to start. So if you have a favorite Brandon Sanderson novel or a suggestion for what novel to read first let me know.

It also might be fun to travel into the world of The Time Machine by H. G. Wells and take the time machine for a spin.

“To me, infrared photography is not a special effect like some Instagram filter, it's a different way of looking at photography and light and the world itself.”
Dean McIntyre, The Unseen Spectrum

“Most of the house was obscured by foliage of one sort or another. English Ivy covered what would have been a lawn and wound around things on the ground like a pile of snakes, and it climbed up into trees and over the fence. In places, the ivy seemed to spill over things like water cascading over swollen river banks.”
Dean McIntyre, Soul Survivor

“Jabez found men that had a certain propensity to kill in the first place. Then there was the baptism," Deathstone said, "To take your place in the circle, you had to be baptized. You had to kill a person of Jabez's choice. Usually, a homeless person or someone else who would not be missed.”
