Fun and entertaining A nice distraction. Enjoyable characters, interesting plot, and a good mystery. The setting and time added to it. I will read more in this series. |

“At the prosecution table, Flagler gave me his Ivy League snicker. If I wanted, I could dangle him out the window by his ankles. But then, I was picking up penalties for late hits while he was singing tenor with the Whiffenpoofs. Okay, so I’m not Yale Law Review, but I’m proud of my diploma. University of Miami. Hi Ellis,I'm not sure if you'll get my reccommendation or not for - I Went To Harvard For This ? - or not. It deals with cooking and although its' not a cozy mystery by a long shot,it is absolutely the funniest time-travel story I've ever read. The heroine goes back to the 50's after blowing up a tinfoil fast food dinner in her micro-wave. This accident occurs after losing her job for coming up with the slogan:"The Best Your Mother Ever Faked." for a new line of Swanson type dinners. If you were raised in the 50's or 60's you'll relate to every hysterical quip.
