On The Record

At some point, you just have to go on the record so that in the future it will be known where you stood on important cultural, social, and yes political issues.

I want to go on the record as being absolutely opposed to the trend of referring to meat as protein on menus. It has crept up ever so slightly, but now seems to everywhere. ‘Choose your protein’ is not something that sounds appealing to me.
