Another great review for Shroom Raider!

"Shroom Raider is the latest offering from Andrew Murray - an author who has written a great many children’s books which I’ve read to my children, but with this offering he selves into the world of YA and delivers a story that I don’t think is suitable reading for my children... just yet!
I read a lot of YA as I feel it’s my duty to get some brilliant books for my girls to enjoy when they are older, help with their thirst for reading and this is one of those books!
This book has everything that makes YA so appealing - it has a terrific readability to it that makes the pages fly by, it has deeply thought out characters both main protagonists and secondary character, and it has a story and world building to it that just blows your mind!
There is such brilliant work here in all the details, and it’s these details that make a deeply rich story that one can lose themselves in.
Dealing with a fungal outbreak that threatens life as we know it (in this dystopian future) our cast of characters must fight to bring order into chaos!
It’s mind blowing and one that I’ll be putting on my children’s book shelf for when they are old enough to grasp its brilliance. If you’ve got YA children, this is a must read... get them a copy and watch how they’ll lose themselves in this enrapturing world and story that Murray has crafted!"
