“Let my daughter remember that in view of her age she should always help her brother with the advice that her greater experience and her affection may suggest, and let them both remember that in whatever situation they may find themselves they will never be truly happy unless united. Let them learn from our example how much consolation our affection has brought us in the midst of our unhappiness and how happiness is doubled when one can share it with a friend - and where can one find a more loving and truer friend than in one’s own family?”

LUV LUV LUV it! Thanks for giving us the photos, and the great info on the lady :).I agree...these are more in the keeping with the English trends in fashion. The French love for bows and fluff, while the English gowns almost look as if they were to
portray the depth and stability of the monarchy.
BUT OH THAT WIG! I LOVE IT MOST OF ALL!!! GOD SHE IS A BEAUTY!

Hello! Oh no, don't feel like that - it's lovely to get to know you! :)
Ooh, well done and congratulations on publishing your stories! I see they've had some great reviews! :)
I'd love to have a read and review them for you! Could I be very cheeky and have a pdf please? :)
Thanks so much and again, congratulations and good luck with the novel writing!

Hi Melanie!I feel a little embarrassed contacting you - as I follow you on here, Twitter, Facebook and of course get your blog emailed to my work email. I'm feeling a bit stalkerish here...
I just wanted to let you know that I have Kindle-published (thanks to your very helpful tutorials!) an anthology of short stories. I thought it would be a) fun! and b) good to get my feet under the table in advance as I'm writing my novel at the moment.
Anyway, to stop rambling, I just wanted to drop by and see if it was at all possible if you could see to giving it a read and a review? Being exposed to your writing every day means you're someone I particularly respect and it would mean a lot to me!
The Amazon link is here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Last-Train-Ot...
although obviously I would be happy to send you a pdf - would be cheeky of me to ask you to buy it!
Anyway I will stop prattling on - thanks so much!
Erin x
