This book had me hooked from the very beginning. I found it hard to put down but I forced myself to take my time w/ it in order to enjoy it. I enjoyed the hardships that the main characters Nala & Ares went through and hope to continue to read about them in a possible second book. I will definitely be getting more of your books!

The first book was slow to rope me into the story. I didn't like the female leads name, the lack of an developing relationship between the main characters. The second book brought it all together.

I truly loved this book. Enjoyed the chemistry between Thayne and Leelee. Very happy that they ended up together despite obstacles and people. Cannot wait for the sequel. Marvelous job by the author. Edgy story.

I was just thinking to myself that nothing could top the first story but I was wrong. The sequel blew the first part out of the water. The second part contained mystery, danger, chaos, intrigue , redemption and love. Thayne and Leelee went through a lot to achieve their HEA with their sons. I am very happy that all enemies were destroyed regardless of relationship to the king. Kudos. Please write a story about the sons and subsequent children that Thayne and Leelee have in the future.

Intense and exciting

I loved the story very much. Ares was very intense, domineering and lovable alpha male. Nala was a college professor who had always lived her life by other people's rules. A chance meeting with Ares becomes an awakening of her getting control of her life. Very glad that everything worked out in the end for both Ares and Nala. I am very glad that Nala's mother was on her side. Her father was a first class jerk. Loved the supporting characters also. Enjoyable read.

I really liked the first book, but I absolutely loved this one! Tiana Washington had my emotions on a roller-coaster. This book was intense, suspenseful, heartbreaking, and erotic. I loved every minute of it. I fell even more in love with Thayne, my new vamp book boyfriend and I empathized with LeeLee while my heart broke for her. I might have cursed Thayne's mother out a time or two while reading it. Don't judge...read the book and I dare you not to want to do the same! Another great book from Tiana Washington. Can't wait to see what she comes out with next!
