Emily Saunders grew up in rural towns of NSW, Australia, where her active imagination flourished from a young age. Despite her parents' insistence that such things weren’t real, Emily's creativity knew no bounds.

Her debut novel, The River Serpent, is a dark romantic fantasy that reflects her deep passion for the genre. Looking ahead, Emily aspires to explore other genres in her future writing endeavours.

When she’s not immersed in books or crafting her next story, Emily can be found enjoying outdoor adventures with her partner and their two dogs, often playing fetch in the backyard. She also cherishes downtime with her best friend during craft nights. ...more
