[Mondo] went on to explain that he routinely cured the sick through what he called “mondiracles” and rescued stray raccoons to train in the ways of balloon-animal making to entertain needy children. Needless to say, the raccoons are well-dressed.

In Kenley’s design, the rich culture of Chile shined through beautifully. I confess, I don’t know much about that country, but from this dress I can deduce that they do a lot of figure skating and are often mauled by bears who shred their clothing.
