This is the first book I read by Jonathan Kellerman. I found it slow and at times annoying. Constant dead ends before anything popped. Didn't guess the ending, so that's a plus, but it took a long time getting there. ...more

Clever in many ways. Interesting idea. Glad I read it. Did not guess the killer, although the idea of this person did cross my mind.

I love a good ghost story and this one pretty much intrigued me from the start. I loved the back and forth between the two time periods, the mystery, and, of course the ghosts. This story had a great creep factor. I would have given it 5 stars except ...more
