Katie Walsh is an award-winning author and brand communications executive who has spent more than two decades crafting stories for global brands. Her debut novel, Follow You Down, won the 2026 IndieReader Discovery Award for Chick Lit and was a finalist for the 2026 National Indie Excellence Award in Romantic Comedy.

A lifelong bookworm and romantic comedy devotee, Katie grew up in New Hampshire, where she spent much of her childhood with her nose in a book while her sister tried unsuccessfully to lure her outdoors. She earned a degree in Communications from Plymouth State University and built a career in public relations, brand strategy, and corporate storytelling before finally pursuing her dream of writing fiction.
