Coco McQ liked an answer from Alexander McCall Smith: You are an extremely prolific writer, how do you structure your day to keep up with the writing? How do you make sure the quality of your work doesn't suffer (and it certainly hasn't so far!) with an output that would make a lot of other authors green with envy? I often get up very early in the morning to write. I find that I can be very productive at that time as it is so quiet and I can write without any disturbance.
