After a minor in creative writing in college, Andrew Q. Gordon decided to become old and stodgy and went to law school. At the urging of his partner, he returned to creative writing almost two decades later . Still working as a lawyer, he and his husband of seventeen years and their dogs live in the DC area. Hi, I love your books! I recently noticed that the rerelease of Champion of the Gods Book 3 is not attached to your name. It looks like your first name was accidentally changed to Author so it’s under Author Q. Gordon instead of Andrew Q. Gordon. Also, is there a release date for the audiobook for book 3? Thank you!

As for audio books, I'm still planning to get the last three in audio, I just need to finish re-releasing the eBooks first, and then I need to collect the funds needed to hire the voice actor. because the last three books are so long, the audio books will cost more to narrate. While it's never cool to deal with dollars and cents, sadly that is a reality and with audio books it's really a thing. If things go well, I hope to start them this summer with a possible release end of 2020. But I expect they'll all be in audio by end of 2021. which is forever, I know.

I'm expecting two more - Child of Night and Day is tentatively slotted for March of '17 and then the as yet untitled conclusion probably no March of '18 but I'm working to speed that up if possible. I say 'expecting' because there is a LOT of first draft still left. If I can't get everything needed to wrap things up into the last book (and there is a loose word limit from the publisher) it would have to go to Six, but if that happened, I'd make sure that Six was ready for release soon after Five (three months max) to avoid leaving everyone on a huge cliff. But for now I'm expecting to get it done in Five :)

Oh gosh, I spent a year reworking it, but honestly, I doubt many people will notice a difference b/c it was reworking at a cellular level lol.

And you have every right to be busy! I'm minus the baby part, but I never realized how much work went into this writing business that was beyond the actual "writing business" :P

Also, congrats on the anniversary and the upcoming marriage! I hope California (and Virginia...and everywhere) can follow in Maryland's footsteps soon.
