More of Ruthie's books…
“When we courageously take steps toward unlearning the lies and gaining awareness of the truths, and assessing the impact of living our lives in ways that are inauthentic, disconnected, numb, people-pleasing, and out of alignment with who we truly are, we begin our journey of going from unseen to seen. From invisible to visible. From disconnected to connected. From doubting ourselves to trusting ourselves. From craving love to realizing we already are . . . love.”
Jamie Kern Lima, Worthy: How to Believe You Are Enough and Transform Your Life

“Women weren’t struggling because they lacked motivation. They were struggling because they lacked capacity. Their nervous systems were doing too much. Their patterns were too deeply ingrained. Their emotional load was too heavy. So”
Silke Harvey, Female Leaders Rising Vol.1: Founders Edition

Richard Paul Evans
“We are more likely to believe our beliefs than what we can see is true.”
Richard Paul Evans, The Christmas Stranger
