Muhammad Abdul-Fattah joined Mishkah University in 2008. Born in Egypt, he received all his education, from elementary to postgraduate studies at Al-Azhar. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Al-Azhar University, majoring in Islamic Studies in English.

He obtained his M.A. in Islamic studies in English from the Faculty of Languages & Translation in 2007, a two-year diploma of higher Islamic studies in English in 2000, and his B.A. in Islamic Studies from the Faculty of Languages & Translation in 1998.
