Teresa Prekerowa, also Teresa Preker née Dobrska was a Polish historian.

During World War II, her family resided in German-occupied Warsaw. During that time, she was able to rescue several Jews from the Warsaw Ghetto, including her brother's girlfriend and her family. She also took a little girl she found running in the street to a Catholic convent. She didn't tell anyone about this for many years. Following the Soviet takeover and later, during the darkest days of Stalinism in Poland she worked at Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN founded in 1951. In the 1970s she moved to Państwowy Instytut Wydawniczy specializing in communist literature, history, and philosophy.
