Boost Your Self-Confidence in 3 Minutes

“Act the way you’d like to be and soon you’ll be the way you’d like to act.” -Bob Dylan

This week I have a great trick for you to raise your energy for your next presentation, reunion, job interview, talk with boss, etc.

Maybe you know it…it’s one of the most watched TED talks. I was so impressed that I dedicated Chapter 61 of my book to it.

Im talking about the “Superhero Pose”! (Hands on hips. Feet shoulder width apart. Chest out.)

When you waste TIME it costs you money, too but you might not notice it, because it’s not so obvious…You might feel super BUSY, working all day, but at the end of the day you have no RESULTS…

Do you know this feeling? Does this sound like you?

Does this sound familiar? “If I had time I’d__________”

Are you using it? Because many peo...

Marc Reklau: “Our biggest enemy is our mind.”

In the pursuit of Happiness

Who doesn’t want to be happier? This search for happiness is a constant for the human being. The author of the book “Destination Happiness” gives us some keys to achieve it.

The Power of a Random Act of Kindness

How can you make the world a little bit better today and every day? Why not be nice to a stranger every day? Be creative! Every now and then I pay for two coffees instead of the only one that I drank and tell the server to save it, in case somebody needs it and can’t pay for it entirely. In the supermarket if I get a 10% discount voucher for my next shopping trip I usually give it to the person behind me in line (the cashiers don’t like that…)

You can offer your seat in the train or subway to someb...

4 Things I learned when the engine of my plane exploded

When I boarded flight NW0048 to Amsterdam from Detroit I had no idea that it would be a turbulent and incomparable emotional roller-coaster.

I had no idea that this flight would be one of those experiences after which nothing will be the same.

I had no idea that it would change everything…

I joked with the flight attendant about having lived it all with Northwest Airlines…except an accident.

Around 10 minutes after the takeoff (I think it was 10 minutes because the first thing you lose in a life-threatening situation is your sense...

This Mindfulness exercise will change your life…if you DO it!

“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” – Buddha

The least it will do for you – if done regularly – is sharpen your senses, but don’t be surprised if it does even greater t...
