Samantha Geernaert is an artist, author, and illustrator. Sam was a gifted artist from a very young age and was adamant - in kindergarten - that she would become either a cartoonist or an illustrator, but as she got older, her plans to be an artist took a back seat to the need to get a “real job.” Flash forward through many wasted years, she has finally embraced her calling and as it turns out, little Sam was right all along. She has written two children’s books so far; The Scariest One Around for Halloween, and the upcoming Santa’s Christmas Gift for Christmas, with at least six more holiday-themed books on the way.
