Please... Do NOT rate a book you haven't finished! Rating is a courtesy for other readers AND Authors. You didn't finish a book? Then how could you possibly tell people enough about it to actually rate it?

Some Authors string you along and smack you with a big reveal at the end- some of these reveals are amazing, shocking, life-changing and some are not. You didn't finish the book, so how could you possibly know the events that transpire to make a book amazing, mediocre, or dreadful? I don't know that you can.
So please stop rating. You are doing NO ONE a favor by trashing a book you did not finish, and quite frankly, people take your reviews less seriously when you do. Rating a book 1 star because you only read 10% says more about your taste, then it does about the book in question. IMHO.
