I Need You Now is LIVE
That's right, the second book in the Need Series is now live. If you haven't read the first book, that's okay, each book in this series can be read as a stand alone. While the first may add some depth of information, it is not needed. This series is intended to be one couple per book with their own happily ever after.

Busy, busy, busy
That's the way my life seems lately. But, I wouldn't have it any other way!
So, what's going on with me?
- I'm in crunch time to get the second Need book, I Need You Now, finished up.
- There's an author signing this weekend. Can't wait!
- Made my final decisions on books 3 and 4 for the Need Series. The fourth one could end up being traded out to the 5th position. I'm starting to finalize cover #5.
The spin-off to A Learning Series, with Jonathan and Grace's story is now available out on Amazon! Several people requested their story be written. Hopefully, I've done them justice.
I'll try to come back out soon with updates, but for now I need to write, write, write!

Inquiring Minds Need to Know
I know I'm terrible about blogging. I'm trying to schedule time into my calendar to devote an allotted time to blogging and keeping everyone up to date on what's going on.
To start...I'm busy trying to complete the second book of the NEED Series, I Need You Now, Need #2. Nate's story. I'm not ready to reveal the name of his love interest, just yet. But, he's turning out to be more intense than Dane and his job is offering more suspense then I'd first thought. Who knew a ........., could be so interesting! Yeah, like you thought I'd spill it here. I admit, I'm a tease when I'm writing.
The cover for Need #2 is already with the graphic artist and we're starting work on it for a late April reveal. I'm currently trying to make my decision for the cover of Need #3. The model has been chosen, just trying to decide on the perfect pic. Actually the models for #4 and #5 have been selected. I just need to select the right picture for one of them. The more I write on Need, the more I realize that a fifth book needs to be added. One of the minor characters suddenly has a very big supporting role and is slowly being brought to the forefront for his own storyline.
I was recently asked over on FB, when the rest of Remembrance is coming out. I've been wanting to work on it, but its not easy jumping back and forth between a tame and a steamy story. I have to be in the right mindset to write it. I'm hoping to find time to get back to the series and try to put out the third book this year and the final one next year. They are a lot more complex than my other writings because they have a lot of research to make the period clothes, the way they talk during that time, and other areas, as realistic as possible, despite it being a work of fiction.
There is one thing in common, about all my books, that many of you don't know. I know I've received some comments about a couple of the stories being too far fetched and not being possible in reality. I don't mind. Sometimes, even though I've witnessed, or experienced, some of it, I still find it hard to believe. But, they are!
The stories are all based on some element of realism that either happened in my life, I witnessed, or were inspired by stories from close friends. Remembrance is actually how my husband and I met and some of the trials and tribulations we've gone through, of course with elements of paranormal powers, historical time jumps, and tons of fiction added in. I Need You Always, has a scene in it that actually happened where I might have saved a young man's life. A Learning Series was researched considerably and I talked to some survivors of sexual assault. The topic of trust in that series was actually about my own issues of overcoming my fear of trusting others.

I've been bad
To say I've been busy is an understatement, but I promise good things are coming.
First, the new series NEED, has just launched on March 17th (available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords) and was going to have four books, but now it looks like five. The first book is I Need You Always, with the couple Dane and Marissa. I was inspired to write about a more dominant alpha, who needs a lot of control.
Second, the next NEED book, I Need You Now, is being written as we speak. The cover model and picture has been selected and I'll be working with my graphic artist to start putting things together soon. This book will focus on Marissa's brother Nate and his little Vixen (no that's not her name, but I'm not revealing yet).
I've been working to try and promote this book like crazy. Plus, I have, what looks to be, the final Learning book coming out on Tuesday, March 24th. The pre-order is available on Amazon. The title is Learning to Move Forward, Book 3.5 - A Learning Series Novella. There were many requests for Grace and Jonathan's story to fill in the gaps and this is it! If you think Garrett was hot...wait until you read about his brother...talk about a dominant alpha male! He makes Garrett look tame.
I'll try to put more posts here or let everyone know when I've posted to my blog on blogspot or my website.
Okay...it's time for me to get back to work! Too much to do and too little time to do it in!

Shhh - I've Been Hiding
The title's weird, but I bet it got your attention!
I've been bad about posting again, but for good reason. I've had to deal with a few family medical emergencies. So between that and trying to put out two new books soon and starting in on a third...well, I've been very busy.
Good news is that I will be launching a new series called, "Need", with the first book entitled "I Need You Always". It's already listed here on Goodreads, so feel free to add it to your TBR shelf. It is a Contemporary/Erotic Romance with a small element of suspense. Each book will focus on one couple, then they move onto become supporting characters throughout the series, while some of the other characters step forward. The series will contain at least four books, maybe more. The ideas keep coming. The first book is currently undergoing edits. The cover reveal will be Feb. 19, 2015, and the release date will be March 17, 2015.
I've already started writing the second book and have the pictures for the cover. Now all I need are the words...lots and lots of words.
I also have a spin-off to A Learning Series. Garrett and Laurel had their happy ending. But, I received so many requests to tell Grace and Jonathan's story, that I decided to do a spin-off novella, that will be part of a romantic anthology. The book can be read as a stand alone, but also compliments the first three books in the series. I've been notified, by my publisher's editor, that I have a Feb 28th deadline to have the edits completed. So it looks like the book is moving along. I'll post release dates, when I get them.
I'll be back soon to post more. But, for now...I'm going back into my writing cave.
