IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcement via Facebook. www.facebook.com/KellyStevensonAuthor
Okay guys, I was trying so hard to avoid this, but it's to the point where I have to make an official announcement. I've been dealing with a serious family crisis and haven't been able to write for almost two months now. (!) I pride myself on my work ethic, and I never let anything keep me from my writing, so please understand that this is of the upmost importance and extremely serious. Part of this crisis involves my health, so I physically cannot work at the moment. Don't worry, I will be okay, but my family and health have to come first right now, and I'm not sure how much longer the sequel will be on hold. (I'm praying only a few more weeks, but it could be a couple more months.) Much of the sequel has been written, and I was hoping I wouldn't have to delay the release, but it's inevitable. I'm shooting for a summer release now, but it could be delayed until the fall. I will do everything I can to get this next installment finished and in your hands as soon as humanly possible. I PROMISE.
Here's another piece of the news: It's looking like this series will in fact be a trilogy. I'm writing the entire conclusion to Slate and Kaley's story, which means both books will be finished at the same time--and I will release both books back-to-back so you won't have to wait for the final installment. So, while you might have to wait a little longer for the sequel, you won't have to wait long for the final installment. Deal?
For those of you who were interested in forming and joining the street team, that is also temporarily on hold. I will contact you as soon as we can start that up.
Also, if you're expecting a signed copy of TFoG from me, they're all shipping out today.
Thank you all for your support and understanding during this difficult time, and thank you all for your patience. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all your enthusiasm and loyalty. Please hang in there--I'll be back as soon as I can!
All My Love,
KS
