Sue Markovitch is a writer, personal trainer and fitness coach in Mesa, Arizona. She owns LYBU, an online studio that offers specialized fitness training for women over 40. She leads a seminar called I Know What to Do, I Just Don'tDo It, for women who are stuck in a lifetime of dieting. Through her work with these women over the last two decades, she teaches that fitness and weight loss are not about finding the right diet or program, but rather healing the false beliefs we carry deep within us about our bodies and our worth. Her story of personal transformation and healing has inspired women of all ages to break free from the lies that keep them frustrated, overweight and out of shape. My Word

Everything kept bringing me back to the same idea, so I thought I'd share.

From Don Miguel Ruiz: Be Impeccable With Your Word
"Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love."

"This book is about the kind of growth that comes from deep raw acceptance. It’s also about a grueling trek across the Grand Canyon. I love how Markovitch blends this arduous hike with her lifelong inner struggle. You are with her every step of the wa" Read more of this review »

“Your body is not separate from your mind so much as it is a reflection of it. As you change your mind, you change every cell in your body. Such thoughts as I am. fat, I am ugly, and I hate my body are like commands given to your body to materialize accordingly. If you think negatively about your body, your body will reflect your negativity. If you think lovingly about your body, then your body will reflect your love. And there is no such thing as a neutral thought. What is not love, is an attack. And what is love, is a miracle. —A Course in Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson”
