I write under the pen name of H.C. Shota. I chose a pen name, because I think it gives an author less restrictions in the genre they write in. At the moment I currently write romantic short stories, but in the future I would like to explore other genres someday, say fantasy for example.

I live a couple of hours away from London (roughly two and and a half hours.)
I enjoy the rainy weather of England. In fact winter is my favourite season.

Why I am writing songs

I’m writing songs because my upcoming novel features two bands. I wanted to make it realistic, so I decided to writing the songs myself. And let me tell you, it is NOT easy.
