Logan Noble is a horror and science fiction writer who lives in Ohio with his wife and his two dogs. His short stories have appeared in a number of anthologies and magazines, including Pickman’s Gallery, Miskatonic Dreams, Déraciné Magazine, and Sanitarium Magazine. He is the writer of the horror slasher screenplay Hunter.

Nihilism and absurdity as lovers, together in a fascinating novel. It was a story that I had trouble putting down. The language is a joy and the themes slightly out of my reach (in a good way).

While I love Wyndham’s style, Triffids felt like a couple different ideas jammed together. It’s still an effective book, but it doesn’t develop its characters or commentary in the way that he’s done in other novels.

A collection written for a Radio broadcast, it has the feeling of a intricate campfire story. The stories are all set in The Hotel and loop back in and around each other, chilling and mysterious. A great collection.
