Eli Shulga was born in Moscow, an only son. Immigrated to Israel when he was seven and have been living there since.
He likes to think “out of the box” and doesn’t mind changing his life drastically from time to time.

Eli holds a B.A in political science and economics as well as a pilot licence, but his true life's passion is astronomy.
Somewhere in his mid-twenties he discovered that he liked to write. His series of articles in an on-line motorbike magazine about his racing experience were a smashing success.
