The 6th of April is a really cool day for me. Last Wednesday I celebrated my 26th birthday and what a ride it has been. For a long time that I’ve been thinking about writing a list of some of the things that I learned in my life and my most recent birthday proved to be an excellent opportunity to share with you 26 things I learned in 26 years of being a semi-successful person on this planet.
I sure don’t know everything about life, but I believe in sharing, I believe in creating space to be inspired and to inspire others. This is my gift to you.

(*) Let yourself go and stop trying to control everything. People are the way they are, it is not your job to change them, other people have free will and you should learn to accept it. It always surprised me the amount of people who are neurotic about controlling everything around them. Relax, let go.
(*) Get a dog, not a cat. A cat is something that lives in your house, a dog is going to be your best friend, your brother and your kid, all at the same time. Speaking of which…
(*) Take responsibility for what you do. Take responsibility for the way you feel. Take responsibility for your life.
