Well, happy to say that I lived the dream!
I was lucky enough to publish my first English (international) novel called Heart-Beat a few weeks ago.
Heart-Beat is my most personal book so far: It was written after my father and sister died in a very short period of time.
I used my grief and memories to write this book and it became my most personal ever. The book deals with illness (cancer) and heart-failure, but it's not always sad.
One of the things I remember most is the way we said goodbye and how we dealt with our losses. That, I tried to put in words, resulting in this book.
You can find all details on Heart-Beat either on my profile or under Joanne Carlton's profile.
